FALLOUT (CLOUD, STRIKER OR NON-STRIKER): Fallout is a term used to define the dispersion of chemicals, nano-particulate or any other combination of gas and chemical nano combination that results in a “Heavier Than Air” gravitational result. The effect is that of streams of chemical observed by the naked eye literally falling and flowing through the bottom of chem-clouds or Striker clouds after their creation. This usually (Not always) begins happening at the 15 to 20 minute mark after chem is laid. The “Fallout” may be observed for many minutes or even a few hours.
